Pick a service, tell us about the car, choose a date. We confirm by phone or text within one business day. The slot isn't yours until the deposit is paid.
Before you book
Booking policies
Read these once. They're short, and they're the whole agreement.
- The 25% deposit
- A quarter of the quote holds the slot. It comes off what you pay at the end, and it is not refundable. It exists because a no-show costs us the whole block of time we set aside for you.
- Rescheduling
- Tell us before the day of the appointment and we'll move you at no charge, deposit intact. Cancel on the day and the deposit stays with us.
- We come to you
- We're based in Bellevue and we work across the Eastside. All we need is a parking space with room to walk around the car. Past 20 miles the trip is $30.
- What we need from the car
- Take the valuables and the loose gear out before we arrive. If the car's in rough shape, say so when you book — it changes the price, and we would rather know than find out.
- How the price is set
- The listed price is a starting point for a car. Make, model, and condition move it, and an SUV, truck, or van is $25 more. You get the final number before we start work, not after.
- Emergency bookings
- Need it before the next open slot? We'll try. It costs $20 on top, and it depends on what's already on the schedule.
