Have a lawyer or a reputable generator produce this against your actual data flow. Do not copy another detailer's policy — it will describe processors you don't use and omit ones you do.
What the policy has to answer

What the two forms collect (name, phone, email, vehicle, service address) and why.

Where submissions are sent and stored once the form endpoint is wired — the processor is a data recipient and has to be named.

How long enquiry and booking records are kept.

Whether SMS/text follow-up happens, and how consent is captured — the contact form already has a consent checkbox, so this must match it.

Analytics and any cookies, once analytics is added. None are set today.

Third parties: payment processor, scheduling platform, Google Maps embed.

How a customer requests deletion, and the contact route for doing so.
